Here is what's in store for you
Located in Passignano sul Trasimeno, our winery is the only one in the village and the result of a young and ambitious entrepreneurial project led by Giulio Maccarelli, a 33-year-old wine producer, together with Vincenzo, our oenologist of the same age.
Our vineyards are located at 520 meters above sea level, making them the highest in the entire Trasimeno area. This unique position, combined with the characteristics of the surrounding landscape, gives our wines a distinctive profile of freshness, elegance and personality.
The experience begins in our winery’s modern and refined tasting room, where guests are welcomed and introduced to our project, our philosophy and the Trasimeno territory.
From there, we move into the heart of the winery for an engaging guided tour of our small cellar. Step by step, we will show you where our wines are created and explain the entire winemaking process in an accessible and fascinating way: from the arrival of the grapes at the winery to fermentation, ageing and, finally, the finished bottle. It is an opportunity to discover what happens behind the scenes and to understand the choices, techniques and passion that shape each of our wines.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of all six wines produced by the winery, allowing guests to discover the different expressions of our vineyards and appreciate the freshness and elegance that characterize wines grown at this altitude.
More than a simple wine tasting, this is an authentic wine tourism experience: a journey through the Trasimeno territory, its flavors and its landscape, told through six wines and the story of a new generation of winemakers.

Wonderful
We are from Germany and booked the tour in English, and everything was very easy to understand. Throughout the entire experience, you could truly feel his love and dedication to his work. He puts his heart and soul into what he does, and it really makes the experience feel special and personal.
We highly recommend this experience and would definitely come back!
We also really appreciated that he asked us in advance whether there were any vegans or vegetarians in our group, so that he could prepare the accompanying snack platter accordingly. And a big plus: all of his wines are vegan! This was a wonderful extra and made the experience even more enjoyable for us
