This exclusive experience at Tallarini Winery offers a refined journey through wine, gastronomy, and tradition, combining a guided cellar visit with a carefully curated tasting menu. Guests are welcomed into the aging cellar, where the experience begins with a glass of “Franca Tallarini – Anima Mellis 2006” Pinot Noir Brut Metodo Classico, enjoyed in the very place where time shapes its character.
The tasting continues with a selection of iconic wines from Tallarini Winery, including the “Arlecchino Rosato” 2023 from Moscato Rosso, the “Arlecchino” 2017 Bergamasca Rosso IGT, and the “Satiro” 2013 Bergamasca Rosso IGT Cabernet Sauvignon, each expressing the depth and identity of the estate’s terroir.
These wines are paired with an elegant food journey designed to enhance every glass: veal fillets served rosé with tuna sauce emulsion, Pantelleria capers, purple potatoes and toasted almonds; durum wheat lasagna with seasonal first fruits and aged Parmigiano Reggiano Riserva; and a slow-roasted “Peter’s Farm” suckling veal fillet, accompanied by potato mousse, seasonal vegetables, and a rich reduction made with the 2013 Satiro.
