The De Riz farm was born from an idea by Carlo De Riz, grandfather of the current owner Luca, the one who buys the first vineyard in 1983 on the hills of San Pietro di Feletto, in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG production. Today it has 15 hectares, mainly in the municipality of San Pietro di Feletto but also in the municipality of Susegana. The first job of the company is the production of sparkling wine bases for known sparkling wine houses in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area and only in recent years have we increasingly focused on the production of bottled wines, mainly Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG but also other products always expressing the territory. We believe in the craftsmanship and quality of our wines and we commit ourselves every day to taking care of the territory to obtain a more sustainable and valuable product.

Compairing bubbles: A thematic tasting for the lovers of bubbles comparing the freshness of sparkling wines made by the charmat method in steel tanks and the complexity of semi-sparkling wines "col fondo" (with sediment), made by the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle. 5 Wines to taste: Dosaggio Zero DOCG sparkling, Fondì frizzante "col fondo", Nonno Carlo Millesimato Brut DOCG sparkling, Rosì frizzante rosé "col fondo", Gioia sparkling Rosé Dry. The tasting is paired with some typical products and with a selection of artisan biscuits.
