Immerse yourself in the ancient wine traditions of Chianti with this comprehensive wine experience at Fattoria Bellavista di Casignano, which will allow you to know every detail of our work and our products but above all to discover a jewel of our ancient tradition: the vinsantaia, a place now rare to find.
Begin your wine experience with a stroll through our best Sangiovese vineyard, where we'll delve into an in-depth discussion of viticulture, the Chianti disciplinary, the distinctive characteristics of our terroir, and the methods of cultivation according to the dictates of organic farming. Then, we will walk through an olive grove where we will briefly recount the history of olive growing and illustrate the oil production methods.
Next, step into our winery, where you'll have the opportunity to learn about winemaking and aging techniques. Here we will share our business philosophy and our commitment to social work, resulting in an ongoing collaboration with a social cooperative of disadvantaged people. You will also get a chance to taste our wine directly from the barrels during the aging process. In addition, you will visit our Orciaia, which preserves authentic ancient terracotta pitchers from Impruneta. Finally, the tour ends in our historic and exclusive Vinsantaia, where Chianti Vinsanto is produced. This room is dedicated to the grape drying process, the subsequent vinification, and the storage of our precious caratelli dating back to the 1960s.
Conclude your wine experience with a guided tasting of our organic products, accompanied by a platter of selected Tuscan delicacies, such as cheese and cold cuts prepared with simple, quality ingredients. A tasting of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil on crispy bread will also be included. You will be able to taste four wines, each accompanied by a detailed explanation of the method of vinification and aging: VILLA DI SOTTO Rosato Toscano IGT, Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG, POGGIO FECONDO Rosso Toscano IGT, Vinsanto del Chianti DOC.

La guida Alessio è stata molto professionale e preparata: ci ha spiegato tutto in maniera chiara ed esaustiva, accompagnandoci durante il percorso con passione e competenza.
Abbiamo concluso la visita con una degustazione di una selezione di vini davvero ottimi, che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Alla fine non abbiamo resistito e abbiamo acquistato anche un pack di vini davvero top da portare a casa.
Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto positiva, ben organizzata e che consigliamo sicuramente a chi ama il vino e vuole trascorrere qualche ora piacevole in un luogo autentico.

Ci ha fatto fare il giro del vigneto spiegandoci molte cose, le uve, la divisione dei colli e molte altre
Dopo ciò, entrati nella cantina, abbiamo avuto una spiegazione del mondo in cui si svolge tutto il processo con tanto si assaggio di un paio di calici e infine il momento della degustazione, cibo ottimo del posto e vino on bottiglia anche
