The tour starts from the Cellar, where we'll guide you through the history of Chianti Classico and our ancient estate. During a tour through the cellar and aging room, you'll discover the principles of our winemaking style, focusing on the complexity of the special location of La Novella.
Finally, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting of four selected wines, including Chianti Classico and Chianti Classico Riserva, as well as our organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our honey, gently poured over a delicious Tuscan Cheese Board.
