Enjoy half a day dedicated to art, wine & spirits at the d’Arenberg Cube and sister venue Settlers Spirits.

Arrive at the d’Arenberg Cube, where you will be greeted at the concierge desk and directed to level 4. Here you will find 360° views over McLaren Vale, the Willunga Hills, and the Gulf of St Vincent. Begin with ‘The Dead Arm Distinction’ - a self-guided curated wine tasting including the current release and three amazing back-vintage examples of this highly awarded flagship wine. You will discover why this iconic wine has received accolades from wine critics and judges across the world.

Capture your experience with a photo from the highest point in McLaren Vale on one of our four viewing platforms before making your way down to Level 3 to the spectacular Eat@Polly’s. Comfortably seated in a distinctive high-backed chair among an eclectic collection of art and curiosities, you will enjoy a casual two-course lunch from the team behind d’Arry’s Verandah Restaurant.

From here your day takes a surreal turn as you proceed to level 2, where you will explore original bronze sculptures and graphic artworks from the surrealist master and titan of modern art, Salvador Dalí. Historically displayed in the great cities of the world, this multi-million dollar exhibition is on loan from the Dalí Universe in Switzerland. At your leisure discover the Alternate Realties Museum on the ground floor of the d’Arenberg Cube, where a self-guided exploration will take you through a space filled with wall-to-wall art installations designed to excite and awaken your senses curated by Chief Winemaker Chester Osborn.

Take a short trip to d’Arenberg's sister venue, and award-winning distillery Settlers Spirits where you will learn how individually steeped botanicals and precision blending contribute to the freshness and purity of artisan gins. Sit down to a personally curated gin flight accompanied by a locally sourced artisan cheese plate.

Approximately 9 standard drinks will be consumed in 4.5 hours, this is in excess of the recommendations for maintaining a legal BA of 0.05 for driving within South Australia - designated drivers will receive a bottle of The Dead Arm Shiraz to take away in lieu of the matching wine during the meal.
