Experience the full spectrum of flavors with our Complete Tasting and Aromatic Path package at Azienda Agricola Iacona in Sicily.
Begin your journey with a guided tour of our beautiful aromatic herb fields, where you will experience the rural seasons firsthand as our staff narrates the origin, cultivation, and transformation of each product. A break will be made at the end of the path, where we will sit at wooden tables to taste some of our dried herbs and flavored salts, accompanied by homemade bread and extra virgin olive oil.
Next, enjoy a tasting of our products, including 1 preserve of winter vegetables in olive oil, 1 preserve of spring vegetables in olive oil (company specialty "Green Asparagus"), and 1 preserve of summer vegetables in olive oil. To complement, we will serve a platter of local cheeses and cold cuts with homemade bread and Macara's extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by a glass of wine.
Enjoy a relaxing walk back to the structure, immersing yourself in the tranquil ambiance of our farm.
