Wine Tasting in Caltagirone, il "Brunch del contadino", Valle delle Ferle

With the Farmer's Brunch experience at Valle delle Ferle, guests will begin with a walk through the vineyards to explore the history and traditions of Caltagirone and the Cerasuolo di Vittoria, the only DOCG wine of Sicily. The journey continues with a guided visit to the winery, where the essential steps that transform grapes into fine wines are revealed.

The experience concludes at Valle delle Ferle with a memorable wine tasting, perfectly paired with traditional Sicilian dishes varied according to seasonal products: eggplant tart, gratin broccoli and spinach on a parmesan fondue, soft-boiled egg, beef carpaccio, cold cuts and cheeses, vegetable omelette, baked local sausage and potatoes, small meatballs with caramelized onion.

The tasting features Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, and a wine of your choice between Frappato IGT Terre Siciliane, and Murgentia Bianco IGT Terre Siciliane.
