The journey begins with a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar, followed by the tasting of 4 distinctive wines:

- Murgentia Bianco IGT Terre Siciliane
- Rosato IGT Terre Siciliane
- Frappato IGT Terre Siciliane
- Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOC.

The tasting is paired with a truly traditional Sicilian lunch prepared by the exceptional chef Maria. A series of typical Sicilian appetizers based on seasonal products such as eggplant tart, gratin broccoli and spinach on a parmesan fondue, soft-boiled egg, beef carpaccio, cold cuts and cheeses, vegetable omelette, baked local sausage and potatoes, and small meatballs with caramelized onions. A peasant-style first course (homemade pasta with our special sauces), a second course based on excellent local meat, an original vegetable side dish, and a wonderful dessert from Caltagirone. Every course is designed to highlight the authentic flavors of the territory.
