With this wine tasting experience at Valle delle Ferle, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy up to 3 wines, including Murgentia Bianco, Frappato, and Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG.

The tasting is paired with a truly traditional Sicilian lunch prepared by the exceptional chef Maria with a series of typical Sicilian appetizers based on seasonal products such as eggplant tart, gratin broccoli and spinach on a parmesan fondue, soft-boiled egg, beef carpaccio, cold cuts and cheeses, vegetable omelette, baked local sausage and potatoes, small meatballs with caramelized onions. A peasant-style first course (homemade pasta with our special sauces) and a wonderful dessert from Caltagirone.

The experience at Valle delle Ferle begins with a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar, offering insight into the philosophy of wine production. This immersive journey at Valle delle Ferle is designed to showcase the authenticity of the land through its wines, flavors, and traditions.

Simply Amazing

From booking to finish our experience was amazing! The drive there is beautiful and easy. A small vineyard and winery with a wonderful story. Our hostess had a lot of great information for us, not only about the wine and winery but other amazing towns and experiences throughout Italy. The food was delicious, from the first to last course! The cook even did a special pasta dish for our daughter. Their wine is one of our favorites now and we can't wait to share with friends and family.
If you have the opportunity to stay in the area try to book one of their 4 room accommodations on site!
