Upon arrival, your greeter will guide you through the tasting, offering insights into each wine's history and characteristics. The selection includes a mix of crisp whites like Erbaluce and Arneis, refined sparkling wines such as Alta Langa, and bold reds like Nebbiolo, Barolo, Barbaresco, and Barbera.
Enhancing the tasting, a thoughtfully curated platter of local cheeses, cured meats, and freshly baked bread or grissini is provided, perfectly paired to complement the flavors of each wine.
