The day begins with a guided bike ride through the rolling hills of Beaujolais, offering stunning views of the Beaujolais wine region. After returning to the estate, guests receive an introduction to the château’s history before visiting the clos vineyards. The team then leads a cellar tour, explaining the winemaking process from harvest to fermentation. Visitors will also see the stainless steel vats and the estate’s impressive press. The tour concludes with a visit to the two underground cellars of Château des Ravatys, followed by a tasting of three wines.
