After returning to the estate, guests receive an introduction to the château’s history before exploring the clos vineyards. The experience continues with a guided cellar tour, where the winemaking process from harvest to fermentation is explained, and visitors can see the stainless steel vats and the estate’s large press. Guests then visit the two underground cellars for a tasting of three wines.

To conclude, depending on the weather, the picnic takes place in the vineyards at the foot of Mont Brouilly, or the large underground cellar of Château des Ravatys. The picnic includes a selection of local cheeses and cold cuts, fresh seasonal fruits, freshly baked bread, and a glass of estate wine.
