From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the winemaker will guide you through the vineyard's history, its dedication to biodiversity, and the intricate process of wine production. This journey includes a cellar tour and a stroll through the vine plots, offering insights into the winemaker's passion and expertise. The experience culminates in a tasting of the estate's finest wines, perfectly paired with gourmet meal boards featuring local cheeses, charcuteries, and vegetable spreads. A sweet gourmet touch and a coffee will complete your meal.
