Join this amazing Etna Wine Tour, discover the natural beauty of the Etna Volcano, and then taste its famous wines paired with typical products!
With the full support of an expert guide, you will first experience the unique adventure of visiting the Silvestri craters from the 1892 eruption (with a visit inside one of the craters); a lava flow cave (flashlights and helmets will be provided); and the lava flows from the 1992 or 2002 eruptions (depending on weather conditions), the most destructive eruptions of the last 50 years.
In the afternoon, you will visit a renowned local winery, where you'll enjoy a tasting of 5 high-quality Etna wines paired with delicious local delicacies such as different types of olives, bruschetta with olive spread, bruschetta with pesto, pistachio crostini, local cheeses, local salami, sundried tomatoes, and typical almond cookies.
