Exclusive Gastronomic Getaway in l'Empordà at Clos de Basella

This Exclusive experience will be guided by our winemaker Àngela Salvi, were she will take you through the vineyards surrounding the winery. Here, you will learn about Clos de Basella’s winegrowing practices and the philosophy that guides the entire production process, from the vineyard to the glass. The visit continues through the biodynamic vegetable garden, offering insight into the estate’s holistic and environmentally respectful approach.

You will then visit the winery, where the team will reveal the key steps of the winemaking process, sharing the techniques and principles behind each wine. This is followed by a guided tasting of 5 wines Premium, inlcuding the limited edition JANUS, during which you will explore their individual character and discover their most distinctive organoleptic features.

The experience concludes with a Mediterranean lunch served outdoors, surrounded by vineyards and forests. The meal features locally sourced products, starting with a selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats, accompanied by a fresh seasonal salad. The main course is a traditional paella or fideuà, showcasing the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean.
The lunch includes one bottle of wine for every two people, allowing you to fully enjoy the wines in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
