Here, you’ll be welcomed by an expert wine educator who will guide you on a journey across Italy through three sparkling wines representing different Italian regions, grape varieties, and production methods. You’ll discover the traditions behind Italian sparkling wines, from the Alpine territories of Trentino and Piedmont to the Marche region and the islands.

Your tasting journey begins with the elegance and complexity of a Traditional Method wine, such as Trento DOC or Alta Langa DOCG. You’ll then discover the fresh, lively character of a Charmat Method sparkling wine, such as Prosecco, before finishing with an artisanal wine produced using the historic Scacchi Method from Fabriano in the Marche, featuring a rare, rediscovered grape variety such as Petrignone.

The specific labels rotate periodically according to availability, but each selection is designed to highlight the relationship between grape variety, territory, and production method. Throughout the one-hour tasting, your host will explain how these three elements influence each wine’s aromas, structure, bubbles, and character.
