Your visit to Libre y Salvaje Winery begins at the highest point of the estate, where you’ll be introduced to the territory and its high-altitude vineyards, gaining a deeper understanding of the landscape that shapes the identity of the wines.
The tour continues through the winemaking hall, where historical elements reflect the region’s rich viticultural heritage. From there, you will descend into the ancestral ageing cellars, carved directly into the rock over four centuries ago and still in use today.
The experience concludes in the elegant 18th-century colonial-style palace, where you will enjoy a guided tasting of three organic wines, thoughtfully paired with a selection of local delicacies.

Where we are and how to reach us
Libre y Salvaje is located in Almonacid de la Sierra (Zaragoza, Spain), in the heart of the Sierra de Algairén.
The winery is easily accessible by car, approximately 45 minutes from Zaragoza. It is located on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by vineyards, with clear and direct access via Camino del Bosque.
Guests can park directly at the entrance of the winery, right in front of the property.
