You will be welcomed by the owners of the restaurant, as if you were in their home, at Casa Bleve restaurant, which is one of the "Celebrity hot spots" in Rome.
Before the dinner, meet your foodie guide in Piazza della Minerva, near the Pantheon, and be ready for an amazing night. Your delightful experience revolves around sampling regional cuisine accompanied by excellent wines. The restaurant has a cellar of respect, and during the renovation works of part of the Palazzo, an imposing Roman structure was identified at the cellar floor, made entirely of square work, incorporated in the cellars of the above sixteenth-century building.
The food and wine pairing dinner takes place on the street floor, in the amazing halls of the restaurant. Aperitif: Zucchini flower stuffed with ricotta cheese and pistachio, confit cherry tomatoes, water buffalo mozzarella with Prosecco Valdobbiadene Conegliano DOCG
Pasta: Tonnarelli cacio e pepe with DOCG Frascati Superiore (or similar)
Meat: Beef cheek marinated in Nebbiolo wine and potatoes with Italian Bordeaux-style wine (or similar). Amazing bread selection & EVO oil
Dessert: Crema della nonna, tiramisu or crostata, pistachio gelato cake with superior sweet wine. Coffee (optional)
