Our first stop is a small, family-run estate. With a focus on minimal intervention, the winery produces expressive, terroir-driven wines that reflect the unique character of Naoussa. During your visit, you will taste four carefully selected wines, offering a true introduction to the region’s rich wine heritage in a setting that blends tradition with innovation.
We then visit one of Greece’s most esteemed estates, nestled in the foothills of Mount Vermion. The winery features stunning vineyard landscapes and a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture. On this exclusive tour, you will explore meticulously cultivated vineyards where Xinomavro—the flagship red variety of Naoussa—thrives alongside other carefully selected grapes. You will learn about the winery’s winemaking philosophy, which balances time-honored techniques with modern practices to produce elegant, age-worthy wines.
The experience concludes with a refined food and wine pairing: four dishes paired with four estate wines, showcasing the depth, complexity, and character of the winery’s signature labels.
