Your experience at Cantina Santo Iolo begins with a guided tour of the winery and vineyards, led by the estate's knowledgeable staff. You will learn about the estate's history, how the vines are managed, and the philosophy behind their winemaking.
Afterwards, you'll settle in beneath the panoramic portico overlooking the vineyards for the tasting. Here, you'll compare two expressions of the same grape: Pratalia, a Vermentino aged in stainless steel, and Pratalia in anfora, a Vermentino aged for one year in traditional cocciopesto amphorae. The wines are served with artisanal bread, the estate's extra virgin olive oil, and a selection of local pâtés.
