Your experience at Mionetto begins with a welcome from a member of the Mionetto hospitality team, who will be your guide for this private tour. They will lead you through the winery's production areas and bottling facility, showing you the full journey of Mionetto's sparkling wines from vineyard to bottle and explaining the craftsmanship behind each label.
The tour concludes in the winery's tasting room for a guided tasting of five of the finest expressions of Prosecco. The selection includes two distinct 'Rive' bottlings, Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG 'Rive di Col San Martino' Extra Brut and 'Rive di San Pietro di Barbozza' Brut, alongside a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry, a Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato Extra Dry, and the prestigious Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Dry.
Each wine is paired with a selection of local products that changes daily based on freshness. You might taste Piave or aged Asiago cheese, and cold cuts like soppressa veneta, pepita del Piave, or ossocollo, all served with traditional 'Pan da Vin'.
