Self-Guided Wine Tasting in a Garden at Monfrà in Monferrato

Spend a slow, restorative afternoon outdoors at Monfrà, an organic winery in the hills of Monferrato. You'll be welcomed by Sara or Paolo, who will introduce you to the estate's philosophy. They will then help you choose your wine from the organic selection they produce on-site, with bottles made from the vineyards surrounding the property.

This is a self-guided experience, designed for you to enjoy the wine and the setting at your own pace. Find a spot at a table in the garden or relax under the trees with the provided blanket and cushions. The number of bottles included depends on your group size, and for each one, you can select a different label. The day's selection may include Ekhos Rosé, Heremit Barbera del Monferrato, La Ru Barbera Superiore, Estreja Freisa, or Panikos Grignolino.

Your wine will be served with glasses, water, and a light snack of local breadsticks. While there is no formal guided tasting, Sara and Paolo are always nearby if you have questions about their work. Panoramic walking trails start right from the winery, inviting you to stretch your legs through the vineyards and woods before you leave.
