Food and service was on point. My entire party enjoyed their dishes. I felt like I was eating at a fine restaurant in Seattle! Menu recommended wine pairings, which I always appreciate! If you want some good BBQ, it's worth waiting til 5.

I went here on a weeknight with a group. The service was awful; we were seated for an hour before the server took our order, and when he did he insisted on taking drink orders first. That would be great if anyone at our table had been given a drink menu. He came back and quickly left twice before another server brought the menus, and then we had all of 30 seconds to read them before he returned for our orders. The food arrived in small batches widely spaced apart and out table cornbread was never refilled. My burger was delivered lukewarm, soggy, and with the wrong side. When I asked for the side I'd ordered, the server took my whole plate and left with it. He must've been carrying it around with him, because he returned 5 minutes later with the same plate in his hand to confirm what I had ordered. My whole table had to yell

Cheeses, Barbecue, Gift Shop, and Wine too! This is one great stop for us locals to start at if showing off our diverse neighborhood to relatives and other visitors. ;)

What a beautiful place. They have done such a great job with the view and making such great wine. The service was warm and inviting. Thank you so much for making our vacation very memorable.

We regularly visit Benson's by ourselves and to take visitors to experience the Chelan winery experience! We always receive friendly service with some of the best wines of the Chelan AVA. Not to forget the unsurpassed Lake Chelan views and great free musical concerts during the summers!
