This winery has the most beautiful grounds of any winery I have visited in Texas. You wind into the property on a small road and you are thinking what am I getting into here. You climd a steep hill to find a nice large parking lot leading to several very nice structures and a gorgeous outside seating area with an awesome view off the hill. I plan to come back when I have more time to just sit, enjoy some of the excellent wine and hang out and enjoy the location. They are also dog friendly which is always appreciated.

Always have a good time when we go to the club member parties and the knowledgeable staff are pleasant to to talk with. I am newer to the wine scene and learning quite a bit from everyone there. Wines are wonderful and priced reasonably!

This is by far one of the best wineries in the area. The views are spectacular and the vineyard can be seen from the lawn area. It is family owned and the staff is professional and knowledgable. It is very open to pets for the outside. The wine is great and I have my favorites. There is something for every wine lover out there. We are members and enjoy the wine parties that they graciously host as well. I highly recommend this place.

I planned a birthday party for my wife at the Driftwood Estate Vinyards. Thegrounds are very nice with a very nice view overlooking the vineyards. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. They also engaged in conversation and had a good sense of humor. I would recommend Driftwood Estates Vineyards for anyone looking for good wine and a nice environment.

My Husband and I were there March 6 - 8th 2015. Weather was great and Brad Paisley was in town. He and I toured Cap Rock. They were under construction and adding on some new rooms. Rooms for a Wedding and wedding guests, and a brides maids room! They were also fixing up their huge entertainment room at that time! The Owners Tommy and Janna English are super nice. Both are realtors. I had the opportunity to speak with Janna. She said that they are improving the place so that OLDER alumni can come and be with the other OLDER Alumni during Football games and or just come and plan a social to watch a game on the BIG SCREEN .... and enjoy some Good wine while you are there. Janna said she loves to throw a good party - and loves to host BIG social events. They have a lovely area when you come into the Winery that has nice tables and chairs to be comfortable in. They also have another room but we did not go inside - tis where the wine I think is made - (under construction at the time)... They have a NICE Bar area for tasting wines too! A nice young lady was there to give you all kinds of information about each tasting and how the Wine was made. (I'm sorry, I forgot her name...) I am the wine drinker in my family - my Husband (not so much) he just not interested. I am not your SWEET wine person - I am more of the DRY wine side - however .. if there is one that's is NOT so sweet like candy sweet - I might try it! : ) My favorites are the 2011 Triple Threat and the 2012

Good staff that is informed on the product and property here. Price is to be expected but location is very off from what is shown on most GPS to include Google maps. Lots of seating available during the warmer months.

Very nice folks and relaxed atmosphere. And the view is awesome!
