Definitivamente a melhor vinícola que conheci, o tratamento é ímpar onde você não é tratado como número e sim como pessoa. O José foi quem nos recebeu e foi um tratamento excepcional, nos explicou tudo, mostrou as uvas, explicou detalhes e as técnicas usadas para degustar os vinhos, realmente muito divertido. Voltaria SEMPRE.

We stopped at this winery 3 years...
We stopped at this winery 3 years in a row, twice with the passport event and 3 limos full of friends and once with just few other couples. We loved it. The view was beautiful, the staff were pleasant, fun and our kind of humor with great conversation and the food was fantastic. This is a must for us every year.

Wine was enjoyable, patio was nice for...
Wine was enjoyable, patio was nice for a casual afternoon with nice weather. Free tastings makes this place popular it seems, and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed and frenetic, not very relaxing or pleasant to watch. Tasting room needs updating. Bought a couple bottles, but honestly... They were around the same price as a few of the bottles I've purchased in Sonoma and napa that were significantly better. Overall, I wouldn't return, but I have no regrets. The best thing about the place was the views from the patio, so go on a beautiful day to sip on the patio after exploring the historical Sutter mill nearby...

I've been to Napa Valley numerous times...
I've been to Napa Valley numerous times and seen most of the wineries. Gold Hill Vineyard blows them away. It is scenic and beautiful, refreshingly friendly and generous and the wines are wonderful! Especially their 2012 Viognier! Sit on their deck, enjoy the wine (and the staff), soak up the ambiance. Live music and great tacos Friday night (oh, and chair massages). Hard to beat.

I've been here two times and plan...
I've been here two times and plan to go back as often as possible. I love the variety of wines and the location. Fillmore is a beautiful little town tucked away in the mountains but only a short drive from the beach. The lady that works there on the weekends is very helpful and adjusts the tastings to whatever you tell her you prefer. It's Friday and I'm at work wondering how I can fit a trip to Giessinger into this weekend.
