This rating would be a 5 stars, if it were for just our wine tasting experience at Quantum Leap. Had great experiences just stopping in for wine tastings with my fiance. We loved visiting so much that we were very interested in using the venue for our own wedding rehearsal dinner or wedding reception space. Unfortunately for the past 5 months, my fiance AND I have called and left my information more than once (was told someone would call me back within the week), I have left several voice mails, sent emails, etc. On their website now, they even added an events section with a contact section so that their

Very nice winery in the Orlando area....
Very nice winery in the Orlando area. I checked out their Wine Down Fridays with my wife and we had a nice time. Friendly staff that allowed us to taste the wine before getting a glass. Very clean & chic. Going into the cooler dry months, this is a great meet up place for friends before going out on the town. Mills 50 area is awesome.

If you like southern wines this among...
If you like southern wines this among the best south of the Mason Dixon Line. ( Good wines need cooler temps. Like from N.Y or Canada. OR Napa Valley.) Wine making is a fairly standard procedure, see how it is done here Go online and put Chae a wine making kit. Most people can NOT tell the difference between a concrete produced wine and a fresh pressed wine. I used to make 200 gallons of wine in MA. Each year, (personal consumption) and at several dinners at our house my wine was used, my guest included well seasoned foreign travelers. They were amazed when they realized my wine was made from a concrate.

We had the most wonderful time, tasted...
We had the most wonderful time, tasted about 50 different wines and ended up buying 5 of the best tasting wines we've ever had. Southern red and white are my favorites. The wine and seafood fest we've enjoyed 2 years in a row... I love this place, if you have not had the experience come by and do it! You will not regret it.
