During this experience, you will taste a selection of 3 wines, exploring the revival of Maturano, an ancient indigenous white grape brought back to life by the estate after decades of abandonment.
Founded on a story of passion and rediscovery, I Ciacca replanted its vineyards in 2013, with the first harvest in 2017. Today, it stands among the pioneers of Maturano production, crafting wines known for their character and aging potential.
All wines are produced from organically grown grapes, without pesticides or synthetic products, reflecting the winery’s certified organic philosophy. This tasting offers a concise yet meaningful introduction to a forgotten grape and a revived territory.
