At the heart of our production is Pignoletto, the iconic native grape of the Bologna Hills. Fresh, vibrant and remarkably versatile, it is expressed in different styles, from crisp and semi-aromatic still wines to lively sparkling and more refined interpretations.

Our white varieties also include Chardonnay, Riesling Italico and Sauvignon Blanc, creating wines that range from fresh and delicate to intensely aromatic and expressive, with distinctive notes of fruit, flowers and herbs.
