The experience starts among the roots: a walk through the vineyards of Cantina Riboli, surrounded by nature where everything originates. The landscape offers a breathtaking vision, a spectacle of incomparable beauty, perfect for capturing and sharing unforgettable moments.
The journey continues into the fermentation area, where stainless steel tanks — the "rockets" of Cantina Riboli — transform harvested grapes into wine. From here, the path leads to the barrel cellar, where wines slowly refine and evolve among wooden barrels kept at controlled temperature and humidity.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of three distinctive wines, each paired with a small platter of carefully selected local products, offering a perfect reflection of the territory’s authentic flavors. Here are the wines you'll taste: “Mappale 61” Barbera d’Asti DOCG, “Mappale 41” Barbera d’Asti DOCG Superiore, and “Fantasia”, Moscato d’Asti DOCG. Your tasting will be accompanied by a small platter of salami and robiola cheese from Roccaverano.
