Here is what's in store for you
Embark on a captivating journey through the renowned Northern Rhône Valley, where exceptional wines and divine chocolates await your discovery!
From Lyon or another location, you will be heading south to the prestigious Côte-Rôtie vineyard. During a walk through the vineyards, you will discover why this wine is exceptional. You will immediately be seduced by the view of the Rhone Valley and the steep slopes of this vineyard. A tasting of 5 to 6 wines, including Saint-Joseph, Condrieu and of course Côte-Rôtie, will allow you to start this day well. Of course, some chocolate will accompany your tasting! Lunch in a selected local restaurant will follow (at your expense).
After lunch, you will take the road south to the legendary Hermitage appellation. Grown on the left bank of the Rhone River on a very specific terroir and in a warm climate, you will discover a wine with red fruits and flowers aromas. You will first visit the Valrhona chocolate museum where you will learn about chocolate making. A magical experience where you can explore, smell and taste chocolate! Next, you will taste at least 5 wines, among which Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, and Cornas, at a local winery.
