A gourmet lunch at a top restaurant in Calaceite will feature a menu that highlights the region's finest ingredients and culinary traditions. You will have the chance to try some of the reported dishes:
- Starters: Shrimp Russian salad, Terrine of escalivada, house-smoked sardine, caramelized onion, Gazpacho with tomatoes, homemade cod brandade, "KM0" white beans from Beceite with fried herring sardine, bacon, or sausage, Duck and foie ravioli, etc.
