The local viticulture here is defined as ‘heroic’ since it’s developed along the sunny slopes, where the microclimate and soil, combined with traditional pruning and training techniques, allow the vines to thrive and produce amazing fruit. All of Agrinova Farm’s wines are made with a blend of indigenous grapes from the historic vineyards in the Susa Valley. These include Bequet, Chatus, Avanà, Grisa Rousa, Gamay, Barbera and Baratuciat, creating spicy scents and floral aromas that only mountain wines can offer.
