Gourmet Wine Tasting at Château Pichon Bellevue in Vayres

Your visit to Château Pichon Bellevue begins in the tasting room, where you'll be welcomed by a member of the hospitality team. Your host will guide you through the entire winemaking process, from grape to glass.

The tour begins with a short walk through the vineyards that shape the Graves de Vayres terroir. You will then visit the vat room and barrel cellar to learn about the fermentation and ageing processes, before continuing to the underground cellar where the estate’s wines mature before release.

Back in the tasting room, you will sample four of the château's wines: two reds, the Château Pichon Bellevue Rouge and the Cuvée Elisée (a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon), and two whites, including the Cuvée Prestige (Sémillon and Sauvignon). The tasting is paired with a plate of regional charcuterie, including cured ham, rosette, and bacon.
