Wine Tasting with Sardinian Products at Vini Mura in Gallura
Here is what's in store for you
Your experience at Vini Mura begins in a striking Mediterranean landscape, where emerald vineyards stretch between wind-shaped granite rocks and fragrant Sardinian maquis. For over 50 years, the Mura family has channeled the character of Gallura into its wines, expressing the soul of this ancient land.
The visit starts with a guided walk through the vineyards and into the production facilities, including the barrel cellar. Access to production areas is subject to daily operational safety; during the busiest seasons, you are welcome to explore the vineyards independently. A member of the Mura family or a dedicated hospitality guide will lead the tour, sharing the story of the estate from its origins to the details of harvest and winemaking.
The experience concludes in the tasting room with three of the estate's iconic wines. You will taste Cheremi, a fresh Vermentino di Gallura DOCG with lively acidity; Sienda il Decennio, a balanced Isola dei Nuraghi IGT; and Baja, a structured red with notes of black cherry and spice. The tasting is paired with an abundant selection of local products: traditional cured meats like prosciutto and coppa, Pecorino cheeses of various ages, and fresh ricotta. The board also includes vegetables in oil, such as artichokes and sweet-and-sour onions, alongside seasonal jams and spreads.

Very good small winery
Exceptional
Do not hesitate to taste the Vermentino di Gallura Superiore which is truly a marvel with its Pecorino pairing.
Masterpiece
Sienda and Baja. Truly excellent.
A physically small winery, but a giant in its class
I booked a tour/tasting, paying a fee that was only seemingly high.
I was welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable people who patiently explained the birth of the winery, the vineyards surrounding the estate, the winemaking and bottling systems, the barrel room.
We were then hosted in a wonderful room with a view of the vineyards, for a tasting (a white, a rosé and a red) accompanied by Sardinian cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables in oil, delicious jams, olives and many other truly exquisite things.
Almost a lunch.
The wines were truly up to par, especially the Cannonau.
A truly positive experience.
Compliments to the owners of the estate and to the skilled and very nice guide.
