Guided tour and tasting at the Picos de Cabariezo Winery-Distillery

The Picos de Cabariezo Winery and Distillery awaits you in Liébana, at the foot of the Picos de Europa Mountains.

Your visit begins outside the winery with a brief explanation of the environment, the vineyards and the grapes. 
Once inside, you will learn how the handcrafted Picos de Cabariezo distillates are made in the alquitara (visit to the distillation room), then move on to the vinification area and finish up in the barrel room, where the wines and distillates (brandy and whisky) are aged. 

At the end of the visit, you will enjoy a tasting of Picos de Cabariezo products: white wine, red wine, aguardiente de orujo, coffee liqueurs, honey, herbs, aguardiente de orujo cream, coffee cream, classic gin, tropical gin, brandy and malt brandy. You'll also find a careful selection of local products: cheeses, jams, sausages (salami and chorizo) and cream cheese. The best way to end a visit full of history, tradition and flavours!
