Discover the territory of the Breganze DOC, in the province of Vicenza, with this guided tour and tasting experience at Col Dovigo.
This experience at the Col Dovigo winery begins with a walk through the adjacent vineyard, during which we will provide a step-by-step explanation of the processes that lead to wine production. The path we'll follow is what the grapes do from harvest to bottling. We will also tell the story of our family, which has been producing wine in this territory since 1923, in what was then the home of great-grandmother Caterina, founder of the winery.
Next, the tour continues with a visit to the processing and barrel rooms, where our great red wines rest. At this point, you will be ready to taste 5 wines of your choice accompanied by a board of delicious local cured meats and cheeses, vegetables in oil, and a selection of local bread and cookies.
