The guided tour begins with an explanation of the second fermentation in autoclave and concludes with bottling. Afterwards, while enjoying four glasses of Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G., you’ll hear the story of the winery—from its origins to the present day—deepening your connection to the territory and the people behind each bottle.

It was a beautiful experience.
The tour was divided into two parts: 1) an explanation of the winery's history, its origins, and the wine production method. 2) wine tasting with a charcuterie board
Maybe a slightly more abundant charcuterie board, with the wine tasting you leave a little tipsy

More clarity on the separate charge for the accompanying platter... which is essential for tasting 4 glasses.
