Unlock the charm of Prosecco through a captivating journey into Gemin's production process.
This experience will take you inside the production process of Gemin's wines, from the second fermentation of the wine, to its bottling.
Afterwards, the history of the winery from its origins to the present will be told, accompanied by a tasting of 4 glasses of D.o.c.g wines, 3 of which belonging to the "Crù Gemin Selection", accompanied by a board of typical local products such as cheese and cold cuts.
You will taste:
- Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Brut
- Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Dry Madre Paola Rive di Guia
- Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Extra Brut Pioniere Riva di Santo Stefano
- Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Sui Lieviti Cuvèe Cavalier Alvio Stramare

What a great afternoon for us! Turned out we were the first of the season and on a personal tour of the Riva Guia vineyard complete with a bottle of Valdobbiadene and tasty cheeses and meats. We finished the long afternoon with a tasting in the elegant Gemin tasting room. A lovely, educational and memorable experience. We will be back for more!

Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e ha spiegato molto bene ogni vino che abbiamo provato. Ci siamo seduti al tavolo di fronte alla finestra e abbiamo degustato ogni bicchiere con il tramonto che ha arricchito ogni sorso. Davvero una bellissima esperienza. Alla fine abbiamo comprato 2 vini che abbiamo degustato.

The perfect experience!
Elisabetta is a vibrant, lovely host in guiding us through her family's winery. We had a spectacular view of Valdobbiadene and she taught us all about the region, their wine, and the process it undergoes. The quality was superb and we even got to pair the prosecco with some local produce - the honey was from the bees in the vineyards!

Amazing experience, our guide was so knowledgeable, and had really good English. The drive through Prosecco road was stunning with the views and then you walk to the vines where we sampled the Prosecco and had a plate of cheese and salami to help ourselves too. The walk to the vines is all uphill and steep, so would not suit some people. Then back to the winery shop for more tasting, this was more of a little description about the Prosecco and then you were left to drink it in peace, so not too formal. Overall I would recommend and everyone at Gemin Spumanti was excellent.
