This experience begins with a guided tour, starting with an introduction to the history of Château des Ravatys. Guests will explore the vineyards surrounding the château, learning about the grape varieties and terroir.
The tour continues in the cellar, where visitors will discover the entire winemaking process, from harvest to fermentation. The vat house features numerous stainless steel tanks and an impressive press, providing insight into traditional winemaking techniques. The visit proceeds to two underground cellars of Château des Ravatys, where a tasting of three wines takes place.
To conclude the experience, depending on the weather, guests will enjoy a picnic among the vineyards at the foot of Mont Brouilly or inside the château’s large underground cellar. The picnic will feature a selection of local cheeses and cold cuts, fresh seasonal fruits, freshly baked bread, and a glass of estate wine.
