On the discovery tour, take a journey through the cellars, followed by a tasting of Alsace wines, including crisp whites, elegant reds, and Crémant d’Alsace. On a blind tasting tour, discover wine in a new way with a blind tasting of white, rosé, and red wines without visual cues, unlocking hidden aromas and flavors. On a gourmet tour, indulge in a tasting of selected wines paired with local delicacies, including pâté en croûte, smoked salmon, cheese, and chocolate.

Domaine Sylvie Fahrer
It is a family-run business both in terms of the winery's size and in terms of atmosphere and environment.
As for production, it embodies the typical Alsatian winery based on native grape varieties.
I tasted 5-6 types of wines and appreciated their quality, especially the Crémant and the Muscat.
The staff who received us (I remember Margot's name) was absolutely kind and ready to respond to every input.
