Guided Tour & Tasting of 5 Iconic Wines at Brunelli Winery in Valpolicella
Here is what's in store for you
A member of the Brunelli family will welcome you to their estate in San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of Valpolicella. Your visit starts with a tour of the winery, beginning in the drying loft where you'll learn about the traditional appassimento method, the grape-drying process essential for producing Amarone. You will then descend into the aging cellar to see where the wines mature.
The experience concludes in the dedicated tasting room. Here, you will taste five of the winery's most iconic wines:
• Carianum, a late harvest white wine
• Valpolicella Ripasso
• Campo del Maestro, an IGT from nine grape varieties using the Amarone method
• Amarone della Valpolicella Classico
• Amarone Riserva Campo del Titari
The tasting is paired with Parmigiano cheese, salami, and taralli.
