Brunelli Winery – Guided Tour & Tasting of 5 Iconic Wines in Valpolicella
Here is what's in store for you
Discover the winemaking tradition of Brunelli Winery through a guided tour of the estate, followed by a tasting of its most iconic wines. The experience begins with an introduction to the winery and continues with a visit to the drying loft, where grapes undergo the traditional appassimento process, and the aging cellar, where the wines mature.
The experience concludes in the dedicated tasting room, where you will enjoy a selection of five wines: Carianum (late harvest), Valpolicella Ripasso, Campo del Maestro (an IGT wine made from a blend of nine grape varieties using the Amarone method), Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, and Amarone Riserva Campo del Tìtari.
The tasting is accompanied by Parmigiano cheese, salami, and taralli, creating a complete and authentic Valpolicella experience.
