The family-run winery Azienda Agricola Vasari welcomes you to the Sicilian countryside for this wine tasting experience.
This experience includes an introduction to the entire winemaking process, from the harvesting of the grapes to the pressing, aging and bottling of Vasari wines. The winery owns an old cellar which dates back to the 1700s, thus you will be able to see how the way grapes are processed has innovated over time,from when the grapes were pressed underfoot to the new advanced technological procedures.
To conclude the experience, you will enjoy a tasting of at least four wines paired with local products like cheese and cold cuts. The tasting will also include some old vintages. Weather permitting, the tasting will take place on the winery's panoramic terrace with a view over the vineyards.
