This is without doubt the most relaxing experience offered by the Campomaggio estate. Spend a few hours surrounded by nature at Tenuta Campomaggio in the heart of Chianti Classico!
The staff of Tenuta Campomaggio will prepare for you a delicious picnic basket for two with a selection of typical Tuscan products, depending on the season, such as locally sourced cheese, cold cuts, and Tuscan bread. Of course, the picnic also includes a bottle of wine of your choice.
After collecting your picnic basket, you will be free to relax in one of the scenic spots on the estate.

Lovely picnic in the vineyard
The location itself was stunning: a charming little arbor, cozy sun loungers under an old oak tree, and a breathtaking view over the Chianti countryside. Everything was perfectly organized and prepared – we didn’t have to worry about a thing and could just relax and enjoy.
A big thank you to our guide Cristian for his warm hospitality and the fantastic wine tasting at the end. A thoroughly delightful experience that we can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone!

I was expecting maybe some cheese or more local tuscan products for the picnic, as it pairs well with wine, as I've seen at other wineyards offering this picnic.

Thank you for your kind reply. We are working on the location right in the vineyard and as soon as it's ready we will welcome you there. Thank you for your comments, we will try to find the solution to include more cheese, which is always quite hard to do due to the hot weather in summer. First, we need to be sure that the products don't go bad.
