Stroll through a quintessentially Mediterranean landscape, explore the vineyards of Picpoul de Pinet and Grès de Montpellier, and savor the oysters of the Thau lagoon.

Join your guide at 10 am on the Esplanade de l’Europe. Start the excursion with a visit to a magnificent wine estate and its Renaissance-style castle backed by its 11th-century chapel and nestled in a lush garden. Tour the winemaking and oak barrel cellars before indulging in a tasting of their diverse white, red, and rosé wines. Be sure to try the region's signature white wine, Picpoul de Pinet, a perfect match for shellfish.

Next, refine your palate with a visit to an oyster and shellfish farm, where you'll learn about the intricate details of this unique production and taste oysters fresh from the water.
