Educational Vineyard Walk & Wine Tasting at Domaine de Mas Caron in Caromb

Your host, owner and winegrower Marc Boulon, will welcome you to Domaine de Mas Caron for an educational tour of his estate.
With Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail as your backdrop, you'll walk through the property's vineyards and olive groves. Marc will explain the work of a winegrower, the grape varieties cultivated here, and the distinctive character of the local terroir. Following the walk, you’ll visit the cellar to learn about the estate’s winemaking process.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of six cuvées at the cellar’s tasting counter, or sometimes in the barrel cellar. You will sample a white, two rosés, and three reds, including:
- Mariage Blanc (Ventoux Blanc): a blend of Roussanne, Viognier, and Grenache Blanc.
- Pilavoine and Rosé Futé (Ventoux Rosé): two rosés from Cinsault and Carignan.
- Garance Vieilles Vignes (Ventoux Rouge): a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan.
- Two IGP Vaucluse reds from 100% Caladoc: La Cuvée des Copains and Si J’ai Envie By Marc, the latter aged for one year in oak.
Children are welcome, with non-alcoholic drinks provided and an educational display in the cellar designed for them.

Visita fantastica alla tenuta
Abbiamo fatto un sacco di domande, imparato molto e ci siamo divertiti un mondo.
I sei vini che abbiamo assaggiato erano ottimi, specialmente il Si J’ai Envie di Marc….. peccato non poterne comprare di più da portare a casa (in aereo).
Provare i vini Caladoc è stata per me la scoperta di un nuovo vitigno e il mio preferito della degustazione.

Un anfitrione brillante che ha dedicato tutto il tempo che volevamo per spiegarci ogni cosa sulla vinificazione. Il suo entusiasmo e la sua passione trasparivano.
La degustazione di vini alla fine è stata fantastica. Un bianco magnifico, 3 rossi diversi e un rosato delizioso, il leggero sentore di rovere tostato era una delizia.
Non potrei raccomandare di più questa visita in vigna... l'anno prossimo prenoterò di nuovo con la mia famiglia. Oh... ed è stato un incredibile rapporto qualità-prezzo!
