The Wine Guild of South Australia visited Nillumbik Estate for a Masterclass during a visit to the Yarra Valley in October. It was the best experience of our trip. Owner-winemaker John Tregambe and his helpers were outstanding hosts and the Masterclass he presented was the cream on top of a rich experience. He was passionate and clearly proud of his wines. It was clear he was a skilled presenter as he led us through an evaluation of two vintages of his Pinot Noir. His wines were clearly of excellent quality and displayed the sense of place that many look for now. The excellent wood oven pizza lunch was generous and delicious. We wish John all the best for the future and we hope that his faith in the site continues to be rewarded.

I do the ordering for a small Tavern in rural Queensland and a customer asked for an up market Pinot Noir, I love the Yarra Valley and have sourced your Pinot!! I bought myself one for Easter, loved it, it was fine, light and delicate with berry flavours, will be keeping this one and highly recommending it!!

Poor service...stepping in d shop...lookong at customer service face....already feel like going home Wasted of time

Wine tasting was a informative experience, really did feel like we learnt a great deal about wines and wine making. The restaurant was a pleasant experience, but the service really stood out. Broke a glass and within 20 seconds it was cleaned away and replaced with another with fresh iced water. Get the Moroccan lamb shoulder - warning: it's big.
