I hate to give such a bad rating, but I really didn't enjoy my time here. We had just came from Sterling Vineyards down the street, which I thought was so much better. We arrived to this really cool castle setting. The guy directs us to park against the grassy area. He directs the next guy to park so close to our rental. I was so thankful the guy in the car was very careful not hitting us. We walk up to the castle, which had an incredible view. As you walk up, there are farm animals around like goats and roosters. It was cool. We finally get up to the tour area, where we can pay for our experience. Since the place was so busy, I felt like this took away from the experience itself. We went downstairs to the gift shop, where I purchased some things for my family. Someone greeted us in the gift shop, and guided us to our tasting area. The wine tasting area was in this dark cave-like setting almost. It was really neat. However, there are no chairs, so you are standing the entire time. Like you are just standing against this bar. I felt like wine tasting took forever too. They kept switching the attendants, so it just took forever between each tasting. We got to taste five different wines, but probably could have cut a total of 30 minutes of just waiting for a new person to help us out. When we walked around, it was hard to tell what was going on. The only reason to go to this place is to see the castle…if, you have never seen a castle before. Look, I get it...at the end of the day it is a castle in the middle of wine country, but I would never go here for wine. The reason is quite simple. The wine served here is absolute crap. If you're looking for great wine there are a number of others to prioritize. At the end of the day this place is a typical tourist trap, but maybe worth considering if you have a little ones that would appreciate seeing a castle, sheep and some chickens. I have tried to include a handful of pictures to give you an idea the only reason to consider this place.

Tenuta Baron is an Amazing place, really a piece on nature art. The hospitality was really great, they spend a lot of time with us telling us about hte story of Tenuta Baron and also of Asolo and all the surrounding areas. Last but not least the WINE was impressive!!! Asolo Prosecco is incredible freshness and tasty!!! We'll came back soon!!!

Grande cantina con prodotti eccellenti. La cantina più famosa di questa splendida realtà che è il Trento DOC.

Una cantina storica, curata nei minimi particolari con dei vini eccellenti. Consigliatissima!

Ho visitato questa cantina con la mia ragazza nel mese di gennaio! Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, la cantina è favolosa, immersa nel verde con una vista mozzafiato sulla vallata. All'interno la tecnologia la fa da padrona, permettendo di garantire standard qualitativi importanti. Gentilissimo il proprietario che ci ha guidato in questo tour visivo e sensoriale con la massima serietà e partecipazione. I vini sono tutti di alta qualità, mi sento di consigliare il Syrah (buonissimo), vino che meglio rappresenta la loro cantina e il territorio di Cortona.

HO SCOPERTO QUESTA STUPENDA TENUTA NEL PICCOLO BORGO DI MONTEVEGLIO GRAZIE AD UN MEETING ORGANIZZATO DALLA DITTA DOVE LAVORO. HO DEGUSTATO IL BUONISSIMO PIGNOLETTO DELLA TENUTA SANTA CROCE ABBINATO AD OTTIMI CIBI DELLA CUCINA EMILIANA. CONSIGLIO A TUTTI DI VISITARE QUESTA BELLISSIMA CANTINA DOVE SARETE ACCOLTI DALL'OSPITALITÀ DEI PROPRIETARI, POTRETE SORSEGGIARE DELL'OTTIMO VINO SULLA MERAVIGLIOSA TERRAZZA PANORAMICA, MENTRE VI GODRETE LO SPETTACOLARE PANORAMA DEI COLLI BOLOGNESI!!!!
