One of the best wineries in the area. Great cellar door that is helpful, relaxed and friendly. Watch out for the cat on the counter! Great wines but their fortifieds are the standout. Good value wine club too.

While drive the Hunter highway, we were...

While drive the Hunter highway, we were detoured due to an accident. The alternate route took us past Stanton & Killeen winery. Decided to stop and check out something we would not normally have seen. It was well worth it. Great friendly winemakers, and lovely drops!

Came friends from New York. holidaying in Aus over Xmas. They were blown away with the quality of the Creme Brulee. And the wines. Love the LJ red. Staff were busy but very friendly. A hidden gem.

Called in a freezing cold day, we had not booked,but the staff were warm and friendly and happy to fit us in.We had lovely coffee and sweets. And the Garden Gallery is so worth a visit too.
