$10 for a tasting, you get to keep the glass. Their worst wine is still pretty decent. Gorgeous setting, perfect place to picnic with a glass of wine. Try the apple wine and the LA Marriage.

We had a lot of fun here...

We had a lot of fun here - family-owned, down to earth. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful. Great wine at an affordable price. We went in not expecting to purchase and bought 4 bottles. If you're looking for something fancy, this isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a laid back, country atmosphere -this is a good spot to be.

Nice people but the wines were undrinkable. I'm a big wine drinker, but I could barely drink most of them, and we skipped several reds. They are still serving 2010 vintage wines, which if you know VA wines, is way too old for VA reds!! There are so much better places in the Charlottesville area!! I will add- Glenn's review below is still very accurate! Skip this one!

Not what we had hoped for. The people were friendly, but the quality of the wine was subpar. The reds tasted old and we ended up skipping them after tasting one. The interior needed updating.

The family that owns and runs Burnley...

The family that owns and runs Burnley Vineyard is magnificent! I was stunned that almost every wine they have I enjoyed. That is very rare. Usually one or two per stop but with Burnley all where top notch' Well done!

I love this place, the people are...

I love this place, the people are very friendly and highly educational about their wines. They have multiple events including a dog day with contests and vendors. Always something going on. Highly recommended Joining the members club. Hang out in the cellar downstairs and have a relaxing Sunday.

Fun atmosphere - lots of room, if you're looking to have a wedding reception etc. if you're looking for great wines, also stop at Breaux. For customer service, I'd recommend Breaux.
