Just recently I requested a shipment of 2 cases of wine to be shipped to my Ohio location. Only having tasted their wines once while on a wine tour a few years ago, I was taking a chance based on an old memory. There was no disappointment at all. Having chosen several bottles of their 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec, I couldn't have been more pleased and will be ordering another shipment to be delivered to my Wyoming home as well. I look forward to how well I expect these wines will age.

We (group of 5) stop by not knowing about the reservations required while on our vacation from Indiana. We were treated like old friends and never felt like we intruded. (We actually arrived before they opened) The wonderful young lady that greeted us set us up to taste wines and allowed us to enjoy the tasting from there deck. In our stay in Napa, vineyard 29 made us feel like we where home with friends. And I can not say thanks enough. Not only great wine but great people! Please accept our deepest thanks you's and :) if your ever in Indiana and need a place our doors are open to you. Thanks Bob

In my opinion, this is one of the best wineries in Wine Country. The setting is so intimate and the owners so passionate - it's hard to find this sentiment in the other wineries I've been to. Chuck and Anne are true innovators and treat the vineyard like they would a start-up. This ingenuity shows in their wines and winery. The cabs are stand outs (go for the Cru), but you really can't go wrong here. I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention Austin Galiano, the entertainer extraordinaire. He is a foodie the likes of which I've never seen. He can pair any wine flawlessly and is one of the kindest people! He always gives my family and I pointers on where else to check out while we're in the area. Do yourself a favor and become a member and attend Cru Day - the annual celebration for all members and friends! We go every year and it's a wonderful experience every time!

Well worth the trip to the famous Black Dirt section of NY. Nice to get out of the city and into the country for good wine, spirits, and food. They also had live music.
